摘要
以不同处理法制备无醛蛋白胶粘剂,探究不同处理剂、不同交联剂、蛋白质种类、不同尿素浓度及不同蛋白质与硫脲配比对无醛蛋白胶粘剂的胶接强度、热性能、耐水与耐候性及冻融稳定性的影响.采用万能材料试验机、差示扫描量热仪及旋转流变仪进行测试与表征.结果表明:选择制备无醛蛋白胶粘剂的蛋白质为乳清蛋白,处理剂中改性效果最好的是尿素溶液,浓度为3mol/L、交联剂硫脲为9g、木质素钠为4.5g、乳液为10g,且乳清蛋白与硫脲以30∶9配比时,乳清蛋白胶粘剂的粘度适中,冻融稳定性佳,胶接强度最好,达到1758.2MPa.另外,蛋白胶的耐水性皆良好,个别耐候性不达标.
In this thesis,aldehyde-free adhesives were prepared by different treatment methods.The influence factors,including treatment agents and its concentrations,crosslinking agents,varieties of proteins and its ratios of protein and thiourea,were investigated by universal material testing machine,differential scanning calorimeter and rotary rheometer.The properties of bonding strength,thermal properties,water and weather resistance and freeze-thaw stability were explored.The results show that the best protein type is whey protein and the concentration of the best treating agent of urea solution is 3mol/L and the mass of crosslinking agent of thiourea is 9g and the mass of sodium lignin is 4.5g and the the mass of emulsion is 10g and its ratio for protein with thiourea is 30:9.Whey protein adhesive has moderate viscosity and good freeze-thaw stability and the best bonding strength,reaching 1758.2MPa.In addition,all the adhesives of water resistance is good,except for some poor weather resistance.
