摘要
针对以淀粉为主浆料上浆的色织物淀粉浆料退浆效率差的问题,对混合浆液中的PVA浆料、聚丙烯酸类浆料和辅助浆料进行单因素试验,探讨了这些组分对淀粉浆料酶解性能的影响。结果表明,混合浆液中的PVA浆料、聚丙烯酸类浆料对淀粉浆料的酶解性能基本无影响,但混合浆液中的辅助浆料蜡片对淀粉浆料的酶解性能有显著影响。在混合浆液中加入脂肪酶,与淀粉酶协同作用能一定程度提高淀粉浆料的分解效率,但效果不显著,可能是因为α-淀粉酶和脂肪酶的最适条件不同。
Aiming at the problem of poor desizing efficiency of starch on colored woven fabric,single fac?tor experiments are carried out to study the influence of PVA,polyacrylic acid and other sizes in the size mixture on the starch hydrolysis withα-amylase.The results show that the PVA size and polyacrylic acid size in the mixture have no effect on the enzymatic performance of the starch,but the wax in the mixed size has a significant effect.The lipase can improve the starch hydrolysis withα-amylase owing to the synergistic effect,but the effect is limited because of the different specificity.
