针织物的平幅连续前处理

Open-width continuous pretreatment of knitted fabric

使用多功能除油剂SC、螯合分散剂FE、双氧水稳定剂C和中和酸NAC对针织物进行平幅连续前处理。试验发现:处理后织物毛效、白度和染色效果好,强力损失和失重率与传统绳状处理相当;生产过程中泡沫低,运行72~96 h,胶体絮状物少,无需设备清洗。

The knitted fabric is subjected to a flat continuous pretreatment using multifunctional oil re?moving agent SC,chelating dispersant FE,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer C,and neutralizing acid NAC.The test shows that the treated fabric has good capillary effect,whiteness and dyeing effect,and the strength loss and mass loss rate are equivalent to the traditional rope-shaped treatment.During the pro?duction process,the equipment does not need to be cleaned because of the low foam.After running for 72~96 h,the produced colloidal floc is less.
