银杏(Ginkgo biloba)GbHsp20基因家族的鉴定及系统进化分析 被引量:6

摘要 Hsp20(heat shock protein 20,Hsp20)是一个多样、古老和重要的基因家族,存在于所有植物中。Hsp-20有助于蛋白质折叠和防止不可逆的蛋白质聚集,从而赋予生物对高温的耐受性。银杏树是一种活化石,有自己独特的应激防御系统。但是,银杏中GbHsp20基因家族的研究目前还是一片空白。本研究借助银杏基因组数据库,以ACD结构域和分子量为基础,共鉴定了39个GbHsp20基因家族成员,并对其基因结构、基因组定位、系统发育关系和保守基序等特征进行了分析。本研究揭示了银杏和拟南芥Hsp20基因家族成员具有高度的同源性;虽然39个GbHsp20的基因结构存在差异,但蛋白序列高度保守,所有的GbHsp20中都含有基序1或2;将39个Gb Hsp20分为10亚族,每个亚族内的成员具有相似的基序分布特征。这为进一步研究GbHsp20基因家族成员的生物学功能提供一定的参考依据,同时为银杏中其他基因家族研究提供指导。 Hsp20 that is a diverse,ancient and important gene family exists in all plants.Hsp20 is considered to be conducive to fold proteins and prevent irreversible protein aggregation,which endowing organisms with high temperature tolerance.Ginkgo biloba is a living fossil with its own unique stress defense system.However,the study of GbHsp20 gene family in Ginkgo biloba is still blank.In this study,on the basis of ACD domain and molecular weight 39 members of GbHsp20 gene family were identified in Ginkgo genome database,and their gene structure,genome mapping,phylogenetic relationships and conservative motifs were analyzed.This study revealed that members of the Hsp20 gene family of Ginkgo biloba and Arabidopsis thaliana have high homology.Although39 GbHsp20 genes have different structures,their protein sequences wich are highly conserved contain either motif1 or motif 2.All of GbHsp20 were divided into 10 subgroups,and the members of each subgroup had similar characteristics of motif distribution.This research provides a reference for further study on the biological functions of GbHsp20 gene family members,and also provides guidance for other gene families in Ginkgo biloba.
