福建省马铃薯主栽品种SSR遗传多样性分析 被引量:9

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Main Potato Varieties in Fujian Province Based on SSR

摘要 福建省是中国南方重要的马铃薯冬作区,为明确福建省马铃薯主栽品种间的遗传差异,本试验利用SSR分子标记技术对19份主栽品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,从分布于12对染色体的99对SSR引物中筛选出22对多态性高且条带清晰的引物,共扩增出207个等位位点,多态性比率为96.6%。每对SSR引物扩增的多态性位点数为7~22个,平均9个。19份主栽品种的遗传距离范围为0.338~0.925,平均值为0.594。聚类分析表明,在遗传距离0.724处可将所有供试材料分为A、B、C、D和E等5个类群,分别包含7份、5份、4份、1份和2份供试材料,说明供试材料具有较宽的遗传基础。研究表明,供试材料之间遗传多样性较高,为马铃薯品种知识产权保护和杂交育种提供理论依据。 Fujian Province is an important potato winter planting area in southern China.In order to clarify the genetic differences among the main potato varieties in Fujian Province,SSR molecular marker technology was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 19 main varieties in this study.22 pairs of primers with high polymorphism and clear bands were screened from 99 pairs of SSR primers distributed on 12 pairs of chromosomes,and 207 alleles were amplified.The polymorphism ratio was 96.6%.The number of polymorphic loci amplified by each pair of SSR primers ranged from 7 to 22 with an average of 9.The genetic distance of the 19 main varieties ranged from0.338 to 0.925 with an average of 0.594.Cluster analysis showed that all the test materials can be divided into five groups,A,B,C,D and E,with the genetic distance 0.724,and the included numbers of variety were 7,5,4,1 and 2,respectively.The results indicated that the test material had a broad genetic basis,and the genetic diversity of them was high.provide theoretical basis for intellectual property protection and cross breeding of potato varieties.
