改性麦麸对重金属Cu2+的吸附特性及吸附机制

摘要 以麦麸为原材料,经化学改性处理后对Cu^2+进行吸附。针对影响显著的改性麦麸加入量、初始浓度、吸附温度、pH、吸附时间采用二次正交旋转组合设计优化,得最优条件:加入量1.0 g、浓度5 mg/L、温度60℃、pH=6、时间1 h,预测吸附率YMax为99.99%,实测98.73%,二者吻合。改性麦麸对Cu^2+吸附过程是以化学吸附为主的多活性位点吸附。在同等条件下,吸附效果明显优于活性炭。麦麸作为小麦加工的副产品,经改性处理可高效快速的去除Cu2+,极大的增加了其附加值,为处理重金属离子提供依据。 The wheat bran is used as a raw material,and the Cu^2+ is adsorbed after being chemically modified.The optimum conditions for the addition,initial concentration,adsorption temperature,pH and adsorption time of the modified wheat bran with significant influence were optimized by the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design:the addition amount was 1.0 g,the concentration was 5 mg/L,and the temperature was 60℃,pH=6,time 1 h,the predicted adsorption rate YMaxis 99.99%,the measured 98.73%,the two confirm each other.The adsorption process of modified wheat bran on Cu^2+ is the adsorption of multiple active sites dominated by chemisorption.Under the same conditions,the adsorption effect is significantly better than that of activated carbon.As a by-product of wheat processing,wheat bran can be modified to remove Cu2+efficiently and quickly,greatly increasing its added value and providing a basis for removing heavy metal ions.
