烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)钾吸收的分子机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)是一个吸收钾较多的农作物。钾对烟草而言,不仅能够满足其生长发育的需求,而且能够提高烟草的品质,并有效降低烟焦油及其它有害物质的含量。因此,探索并明确烟草对钾吸收的分子机制,通过培育高含钾量的烟草品种,以及采取各种栽培措施提高烟草的含钾量,是亟待解决的重要课题。烟草对钾的吸收,涉及钾吸收功能蛋白、调控蛋白及信号转导途径等方面,包含了众多的基因及复杂的调控网络。烟草钾吸收的分子机制研究虽然起步较晚,但近年来取得了较快的进展。基于为烟草钾吸收分子机制研究提供参考的目的,本研究从烟草钾离子通道蛋白、钾离子转运蛋白、钾吸收调控蛋白以及低钾信号的感知与转导等方面,对近年来国内外烟草钾吸收分子机制研究方面的进展进行了综述,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Tobacco is a crop that absorbs plenty of potassium.As for tobacco,potassium can not only meet its growth and development needs,but also improve the quality of tobacco,and effectively reduce the content of tar and other harmful substances.Therefore,exploring and clarifying the molecular mechanism of potassium uptake by tobacco,improving potassium content of tobacco by developing tobacco varieties with high potassium content and adopting various cultivation measures are important issues to be solved urgently.Potassium uptake in tobacco involves potassium uptake functional proteins,regulatory proteins and signal transduction pathways,including numerous genes and complex regulatory networks.Although the molecular mechanism of potassium uptake in tobacco started late,rapid progress has been made in recent years.In order to provide a reference for the study of molecular mechanism of potassium uptake in tobacco,this paper reviewed the research progress of molecular mechanism of potassium uptake in tobacco in recent years,including potassium channel proteins,potassium ion transporters,potassium uptake regulatory proteins,and the perception and transduction of low potassium signal,and prospected the future research strategies.
