摘要
我们选用新选育的6个甜玉米双单倍体(Double haploid),即DH系,作为杂交父本,与本实验室的7个甜玉米自交系进行杂交,按不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)的方法组配出42个杂交组合。对13个亲本和42个杂交组合的产量、皮渣率、可溶性总糖含量以及还原糖含量进行一般配合力(general combining ability,GCA)、特殊配合力(specific combining ability,SCA)、遗传参数分析。结果表明:DT4的GCA符合甜玉米的高产、高糖、低皮渣率的要求,并且DT4在几个DH系中可溶性总糖含量最高,在SCA效应值中A4×DT4、A5×DT4、A6×DT4均表现较好,认为DT4是更具潜力的DH系。据遗传参数估计值可看出,产量、可溶性总糖含量、还原糖含量以及皮渣率的狭义遗传力均较小,则更适宜在较晚世代选择。本研究为筛选、鉴定有应用潜力的DH系及杂交种提供了参考。
We used 6 newly sweet corn double haploid(DH line)as hybrid parents,to hybridize with the 7 sweet corn inbred lines of our laboratory,and mated 42 cross combinations by NCⅡdesign.General combining ability(GCA),special combining ability(SCA)and genetic parameters were analyzed for yield,skin residue rate,total soluble sugar content and reducing sugar content of 13 parents and 42 hybrid combinations.The results presented that the GCA of DT4 met the requirements of high yield,high sugar and low skin residue rate of sweet corn,and DT4 had the highest soluble total sugar content in above DH lines.The cross combinations of A4×DT4,A5×DT4,A6×DT4 in SCA had special performance,and DT4 was considered to be a more potential DH line.According to the estimated of genetic parameters,the narrow heritability of yield,soluble total sugar content,reducing sugar content and skin residue rate is small,which is more suitable to choose for later generation.This research provides a reference for screening and identifying DH lines and hybrids with potential applications.
