摘要
产业链现代化是当今全球产业竞争中的新现象,也是产业经济学研究必须高度重视的新问题。推进产业链现代化,就是要推进基础产业高级化、强化企业间技术经济联系、提高产业链与创新链、资金链和人才链嵌入的紧密度,以此构建现代产业体系。打好产业链现代化的攻坚战,涉及培育全球价值链上的"隐形冠军"、塑造"链主"地位和要素协同等方面的突破问题,需要在产业关联、产业组织和产业结构等方面协调好产业政策与竞争政策的关系,尤其是不同所有制企业之间的产业布局关系。
The modernization of industrial chain is a new phenomenon in the global industrial competition, and it is also a new issue that must be highly valued in industrial economics research. Promoting the modernization of the industrial chain means building a modern industrial system by promoting the upgrading of basic industries, strengthening the technical and economic ties between enterprises, and improving the tightness of the integration of industrial chains, innovation chains, capital chains and talent chains. To lay a solid foundation for the modernization of the industrial chain, involving issues such as the cultivation of "invisible champions" in the global value chain, shaping the"chain owner" status and breakthroughs in the synergy of factors, etc. It is necessary to coordinate the relationship between industrial policy and competition policy in terms of industrial linkage, industrial organization and industrial structure, especially the industrial layout relationship between different ownership enterprises.
