摘要 介绍了壳聚糖类、明胶类、胶原蛋白类、纤维素类、透明质酸类、海藻酸盐类多孔结构止血海绵的制备方法、止血效果、性能特点、止血机制及存在的问题,并指出了其发展趋势。 The preparation methods,hemostatic effect,performance characteristics,hemostatic mechanisms and existing problems of the chitosan,gelatin,collagen,cellulose,hyaluronic acid and alginate type porous structure hemostatic sponges are introduced,and their development trends are pointed out.
