摘要
脑卒中为老年人群高发疾病,尿潴留为脑卒中急性期常见并发症。研究脑卒中后尿储留的发病率、发病机制、危险因素、防治和预后将为进一步科研和临床工作提供帮助。本文归纳总结了近十年该领域国内外发表的文章,深入探索了脑卒中后尿潴留的发病机制和治疗方法,旨在为临床诊疗提供参考。
Stroke is common disease in elderly and urinary retention,which is a common complication of acute stroke.Studying its incidence,pathogenesis,risk factors,prevention,treatment and prognosis will help further scientific research and clinical practice.The paper summarizes the articles published in this field in the past 10 years in and out of our country,and explores the pathogenesis and treatment of urinary retention after stroke,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
