摘要
为了提高生产效率并应对环保法规对于挥发性有机物排放的进一步限制,对水性可剥离涂料进行了典型区域施工试验,发现水性可剥离涂料可以在船舶建造期间提供更好保护,减少涂层的修补工作,且施工方便,易撕除。这种新工艺不失为一条缩短造船周期、降本增效的绿色造船新路。
To increase production efficiency and cope with environmental protection laws’further VOC emission restrictions,NACKS has carried out waterborne peelable coatings application tests on typical areas.It is found that waterborne peelable coatings can reduce coatings repair work and provide better protection during the shipbuilding process.The application is convenient and it is easy to remove them.This new green technology can shorten the shipbuilding period,reduce cost and increase efficiency.
