康复日记结合微信随访在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的应用

Application of Rehabilitation Diary Combined with Wechat Follow-up in Older Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的探讨康复日记结合微信随访在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的应用效果.方法选取2016年11月~2018年1月于我院进行治疗的老年COPD合并OSAHS患者83例.按照随机数表法将患者分为2组,对照组患者41例,实施常规的治疗措施和健康教育,观察组患者42例,进行康复日记结合微信随访干预.2个月后,比较两组患者的肺功能水平、生活质量和治疗满意度.结果观察组患者肺功能水平0级的比例明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).观察组患者生活质量水平评分和治疗满意度与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复日记结合微信随访能够改善老年COPD合并OSAHS患者的肺功能水平,提高患者的生活质量和治疗满意度.

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation diary combined with wechat follow-up on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in older patients.Methods 83 older patients with COPD and OSAHS from November 2016 to January 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.The control group(41 cases)received the routine nursing and health education.The observation group(42 cases)received the intervention with rehabilitation diary combined with wechat follow-up.After two months,the pulmonary function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were documented.Results After interven-tion,the proportion of pulmonary function level 0 was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the score of quality of life and the satisfaction degree between the two groups(P<0.05).Con-clusion Rehabilitation diary combined with wechat follow-up is helpful to improve the pulmonary function,increases the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in older patients with COPD and OSAHS.
