输血科门诊建设专家共识

Expert Consensus on Clinic Establishment of Blood Transfusion Department

近年来,输血医学发展迅速,越来越多的医院根据输血医学诊疗工作的需要开设了输血科门诊。为了促进我国输血科门诊工作的规范开展,北京医学会输血医学分会和北京医师协会输血专业专家委员会牵头组织全国各地部分输血专家就开设输血科门诊的基本条件、输血科门诊诊疗范围及诊疗流程等问题经过反复调研、论证和讨论,初步达成本共识,旨在为输血科门诊建设提供参考。

In recent years,transfusion medicine has developed rapidly.More and more transfusion clinics have been opened in hospitals according to the needs of diagnosis and treatment of transfusion medicine.In order to promote the standardized implementation of blood transfusion clinics,the Society of Blood Transfusion Medicine of Beijing Medical Association and Expert Committee on Blood Transfusion of Beijing Medical Doctor Association,together with some experts in blood transfusion field has conducted repeated investigation,argumentation and discussion.Finally,we reached a preliminary consensus on the basic conditions for establishment of blood transfusion clinics,the scope and process of diagnosis and treatment in clinics.We hope that this consensus can provide a reference for the construction of blood transfusion clinics in hospitals.
