大直径切割机切割石方施工技术及单价分析

Construction Technology and Unit Price Analysis of Cutting Stone with Large Diameter Cutting Machine

在开挖临近既有高速公路、铁路等石质路堑的施工过程中,常规的爆破开挖、机械凿除等方案不能满足行车安全要求,采用切割机切割石方是理想的施工方案。本文重点介绍大直径切割机切割石方的施工工艺及流程,并根据乐清湾铁路瓯江特大桥现场施工工料机测定数据,分析大直径切割机切割石方的综合单价。

The conventional blasting excavation,mechanical chiseling and other schemes for stone cutting excavation adjacent to existing highway,railway cannot meet the requirements of traffic safety. It is an ideal construction scheme to use cutting machine to cut stone. The construction technology and process of cutting stone with large diameter cutting machine are introduced in this paper. And the unit price of cutting stone with large diameter cutting machine is analyzed based on the construction data of Oujiang bridge of Yueqing bay railway.
