工程项目责任成本管理信息化研究探索

Research and Exploration on Informatization of Project Responsibility Cost Management

为提高施工企业项目责任成本管理效率和提升经济效益,针对传统责任成本管理存在的主要问题,以桥梁工程为例,提出责任成本信息化管理实施方案,通过研究和分析发现,充分利用计算机和网络技术研发的信息系统对施工企业进行工程项目责任成本管理,是目前较为科学有效的管理方法及手段。

In order to improve the efficiency of project responsibility cost management and economic benefits of construction enterprises,the main problems existing in traditional responsibility cost management is analyzed in this paper. And taking bridge engineering as an example,the implementation plan of information management of responsibility cost is put forward. Through research and analysis,it is found that it is a more scientific and effective management method and means to make full use of the information system developed by computer and network technology to carry out project responsibility cost management for construction enterprises.
