摘要
为研究铁路隧道钻爆法施工采用大型机械化配套对投资的影响,以某新建铁路隧道工程为依托,结合现行隧道工程预算定额和施工组织设计规范,对隧道采用Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型和常规机械化配套施工时的经济性以及施工进度进行分析。结果表明,相比于采用常规机械化配套施工,采用Ⅰ型机械化配套施工可有效加快施工进度,缩短工期比例可高达23. 0%,同时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ级围岩指标分别增加7. 3%、6. 5%、9. 6%和10. 6%;采用Ⅱ型机械化配套对隧道各级围岩指标和施工工期影响不大。
The investment impact of large-scale Mechanized Matching in Construction of Railway Tunnels with drilling and blasting method is analyzed in this paper. Taking a newly built railway tunnel project as an example,the economy and construction schedule of Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Conventional mechanized Matching schemes are compared and analyzed. Results show that compared with the conventional mechanical supporting construction,the Ⅰ mechanized Matching scheme can effectively speed up the construction progress,the duration can be shortened by as much as 23. 0%. And the economic indicators of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳand Ⅴ level surrounding rock increase by 7. 3%,6. 5%,9. 6% and 10. 6% respectively. However,theⅡ mechanized Matching scheme have little influence on the economic indicators and construction schedule of tunnel construction.
