摘要
OREDA数据库的形成经历了9个阶段共计38年,目前已经相对成熟。其发展历程对于构建符合我国石油化工行业特征的可靠性数据库具有重要借鉴意义。本文在充分研究OREDA设备可靠性数据估算方法的基础上,结合了国内某石化企业十年间的具体失效事件,对压力变送器的失效率进行估计。
The formation of OREDA database has gone through nine phases for 38 years, and it has been relatively mature. Its development process has important reference significance for the construction of reliability database which conforms to the characteristics of China’s petrochemical industry. On the basis of fully studying the method of estimating reliability data of OREDA equipment, this paper estimates the failure rate of pressure transmitter combining with the specific failure cases of a petrochemical enterprise in China.
