先进控制、流程模拟技术近年来已经得到广泛的应用。通过对延迟焦化工艺操作规程的分析研究,结合针对性的装置流程模拟,采用Honeywell Profit Suit先进控制技术构建先进控制器并成功应用,取得了显著效果,改善和优化了分馏塔操作,提高了产品收率和产品质量。

Advanced control and process simulation technology have been widely used in recent years. Based on the analysis and study of the operation rules of delayed coking process and the simulation of plant process, the advanced control technology of Honeywell Profit Suit was used to construct the advanced controller and was successfully applied. The remarkable results were achieved. The operation of fractionator was improved and optimized, and the product yield and product quality were improved.
