芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效

Acute effect of early cardiac rehabilitation exercise on acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction

目的:分析芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将100例慢性心衰患者分为两组,每组50例。对照组接受富马酸比索洛尔治疗,以此为基础,观察组接受芪苈强心胶囊治疗,分析结果。结果:和对照组相比,观察组治疗后LVMI、LVM、LVPWd、IVSd、LVEDs、LVEDd、LVEF更接近标准值,组间数据存在明显差异,P<0.05。对照组治疗有效率为76.00%,观察组为96.00%。和对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率明显较高,P<0.05。结论:对于慢性心衰,以常规药物为基础,联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗,效果显著,能全面逆转左心室重构,安全性强,值得推广。

Objective:to analyze the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure effect. Methods:100 cases of chronic heart failure were divided into 2 groups,with 50 cases in each group. The control group received Bisoprolol fumarate.,based on this,the observation group received Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment results. Results:compared with the control group,the LVMI,LVM,LVPWd,IVSd,LVEDs,LVEDd and LVEF in the observation group were closer to the standard values. There was a significant differ-ence between the groups. P<0.05. control group,the effective rate was 96%,and the observation group was 76%. Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher,P<0.05. Conclusion:for chronic heart failure,with routine medicine based Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment,significant effect. It can completely reverse the left ventricular remodeling,and it is safe and worthy of promotion.
