地面气象观测站远程保障系统设计与实现 被引量:7

摘要 随着中国地面气象观测业务自动化工作有序推进,为保证地面气象观测业务自动化的稳定运行,后续保障工作尤为关键。据统计,现在中国局站分离的气象观测站有747个,未来这个数据还会继续增加,而自动气象站的故障约80%可以通过重启电源的方式解决。因此,地面气象观测业务自动化的远程保障系统十分必要,在及时排除故障的同时减轻运维成本。另外,在实现地面气象观测业务自动化后,气象观测场的安全问题也很突出,预防动物、鸟类或非工作人员进入观测场搞破坏很重要。因此,地面气象观测站远程保障系统正是满足了地面气象观测业务自动化的两大需求而设计,为全面实现地面气象观测自动化、智能化提供强力支撑。 With the orderly progress of the automation of ground meteorological observation services nationwide,the follow-up work is particularly critical to ensure the stable operation of the automation of ground meteorological observation services.According to statistics,there are 747 meteorological observation stations nationwide which are separated with the bureau of meteorology and the number will continue increase in the future.About 80% of the faults of automatic weather stations can be solved by restarting the power supply.Therefore,the automatic remote support system of ground meteorological observation service is very necessary,which can eliminate the faults in time and reduce the operation and maintenance costs at the same time.In addition,after the automatic operation of ground meteorological observation,the safety of meteorological observation field is also a serious problem,and it is very important to prevent animals,birds or non-staff from entering the observation field.The remote support system for ground meteorological observation station is designed to meet the two requirements of the automatic ground meteorological observation and provide strong support for the full realization of the automation and intelligence of the ground meteorological observation.
