针刀结合封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的Meta分析

AMeta-Analysis on Needle-Knife Combined with Block Therapy for External Humeral Epicondylitis

目的:通过对2000~2015年公开发表的有关针刀结合封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的随机对照研究文献进行Meta分析,以探索目前临床针刀结合封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床观察文献报道情况。方法:以"针刀"、"封闭"、"肱骨外上髁炎"、"网球肘"作为关键词,利用读秀学术搜索跨库检索2000~2015年发表的针刀结合封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床随机对照文献,根据纳入标准、排除标准、剔除标准,剔除不符合要求的文献后,对文献进行数据采集并进行Meta分析。结果:最终共纳入10篇文献,针刀结合封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎在总有效率方面有统计学意义。结论:针刀结合封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎比单纯封闭治疗有效率高,本Meta分析结果有待进一步考证和研究。

Objective: Through the meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of needle-knife with block therapy for external humeral epicondylitis from 2000 to 2015, to assess a large sample randomized controlled trials, detecting the main evaluation indexes of clinical effects which used needle-knife with block therapy to treat external humeral epicondylitis, so as to get knowledge of general situation. Method: Through looking for the keywords "small needle-knife", "block therapy", "external humeral epicondylitis" and "tennis elbow", the author searched academically published articles from 2000 to 2015 in the read-show cross-database. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, and after excluding the articles that didn’t meet the inclusion criteria, the author collected data of final articles, and analyzed through meta-analysis. Results: Finally the study included 21 randomized controlled clinical articles in the recent 16 years. Needle-knife with block therapy for external humeral epicondylitis is effective in effective rates. Conclusion: Needle-knife with block therapy is more effective than single block therapy for external humeral epicondylitis in effective rates. But the meta-analysis needs to be identified later.
