活动承诺与行为控制感知对高校教师教学国际化活动参与行为的影响 被引量:1

The Impact of Commitment and Perceived Behavior Control to the Faculty Members’ Engagement in the Internationalization of Teaching and Learning in Universities

摘要 教师参与是大学国际化深入推进的保障,探索影响教师参与教学国际化活动的因素对于高校教学国际化战略的实施具有重要意义。研究选取"为学生创设国际交流机会"和"开发英文授课专业课程"这两类重要但占用精力程度不同的教学国际化活动为分析对象,通过对960位大学教师进行问卷调查,探索了教师的规范性承诺、工具性承诺、行为控制感知对其活动参与行为的影响。研究发现,对两类活动来说,行为控制感知均是最重要的直接影响变量;对于占用精力程度较低的活动,规范性承诺对参与行为有显著影响,而工具性承诺的影响不显著;对于占用精力程度较高的活动,工具性承诺的直接影响显著,规范性承诺的直接影响不显著,但通过与行为控制感知的交互作用影响参与行为。 The engagement of the faculty members is important for the internationalization of universities.It is of great significance to explore the factors that affect the participation of faculty members in the implementation of the internationalization strategy of university teaching.The research explores the impact of normative commitment,instrumental commitment and perceived behavior control on its activity participation behavior through a questionnaire survey of 960 university teachers on faculty members’engagement in the two important activities"creating international exchange opportunities for students"and"developing professional English-taught courses"as analysis objects.It is found that perceived behavioral control is the most important direct influence variable for both types of activities.For activities with low energy consumption,normative commitment has a significant impact while instrumental commitment is not.For activities with a high level of energy consumption,instrumental commitment has a significant direct impact,while normative commitment has no significant direct impact but influences the participating behaviors through the interaction with perceived behavioral control.
