响应面法优化古籍修复配纸染色工艺 被引量:1

Response Surface Methodology for Paper Dyeing Process in Ancient Books Repair

摘要 本文记述以橡碗子色素为染料,由浸泡法进行古籍修复配纸染色,采用响应面法优化出最优染色条件,并评价了纸张染色后的稳定性。以竹纸为例,纸张白度为响应值,影响染纸效果的因素为染液温度、染纸时间、染纸张数;最优染色条件为染色时间23.8min、染色温度59.5±0.5℃、染纸张数为3张/次;染色后纸张白度最低为25.7,按最优工艺制作了标准比色卡。通过人工老化实验评价纸张染色后稳定性,结果表明,白度值为42.4-25.7的竹纸染色标准比色卡可在湿热环境下出现退色,退色变化斜率为0.10。使用时,由标准色卡与古籍纸张进行比色,选取颜色相近的色卡,由该色卡所对应的色素浓度按最优工艺染色,即可直接染制出适合用于修复的纸张颜色。 Acorn bowl pigments were used as dyes to dye paper for ancient books repairing,and response surface methodology was used to optimize the conditions.Taking paper whiteness as the response value,the experiment shows that,the factors affecting the dyeing effect are dye solution temperature,dyeing time and number of dyed paper;the optimum conditions are soaking dyeing time 23.8 minutes,dyeing paper temperature 59.5±0.5℃,dyeing paper 3 sheets at a time;he whiteness of dyed paper is 25.7 at the lowest level.Taking bamboo paper as an example,a standard colorimetric card is made according to the optimum process.The aging test of dyed paper after dyeing showed that the dyed paper with Whiteness Value of 42.4-25.7 could fade in hot and humid environment with a change slope of 0.10.When used,the paper of ancient books is used to color the standard color card,and the similar color card is selected.According to the optimal process and Pigment concentration corresponding to color card,the paper color suitable for repair can be directly dyed.
