Leaders from 15 of the 16 participating countries issued a joint declaration at the Third Regional iComprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)Summit which stated that they have concluded talks on all 20 chapters of the RCEP Agreement and all market access commitments on goods,services and investment Negotiating teams have already kicked off text reviews,with the aim to sign the agreement in 2020,ty which time,a free trade zone covering about one third of the world's population,about one third of the global GDP and the world's largest area will come into being.
