摘要
现有治疗糖尿病肾病的方法包括降血糖、降血压、调脂及抑制肾素-血管紧张素系统等,均不能有效的阻止糖尿病肾病向终末期肾病进展。近年来研究发现,间充质干细胞可能通过调节炎性反应及免疫反应、旁分泌或内分泌各种营养因子、释放细胞外囊泡以及分化为肾固有细胞或与其融合等机制,促进肾脏的修复,从而为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供了新的希望。
Existing methods for treating diabetic nephropathy include glucose control,blood pressure control,lipid-lowering,and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system blockade,etc.,which are not effective in preventing the progression of diabetic nephropathy to end-stage renal disease.In recent years,studies have found that mesenchymal stem cells may promote kidney repair by regulating inflammatory and immune responses,paracrine or endocrine trophic factors,releasing extracellular vesicles,and differentiating into or integrating with renal innate cells,thus providing new hope for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
