四川省大学生饮酒行为及影响因素研究

Study on College Students’ Alcohol Drinking Behaviors and Their Influencing Factors in Sichuan Province

目的研究四川省大学生饮酒行为及影响因素,为预防大学生危险饮酒提供依据。方法用整群抽样方法,选取四川省4所大学的2 382名学生研究,对其中1 148名饮酒者(男954人、女194人,平均年龄19.66±1.14岁)的饮酒行为进行了调查。通过多因素线性回归和多因素Logistic回归,了解过去12个月总饮酒量和过去12个月过量饮酒的影响因素。结果参加研究的学生中,1 189人报告过去12个月内饮酒,饮酒率为49.92%。饮酒者过去12个月总饮酒量均值为118.41标准杯(男、女生均值分别为135.80杯和33.62杯),过去12个月过量饮酒率为42.14%(男、女生过量饮酒率分别为61.97%和36.90%)。多因素回归分析结果显示,过去12个月总饮酒量和过去12个月过量饮酒的影响因素包括性别、首次饮酒年龄、父母月收入、母亲过去12个月饮酒频率、态度及朋友饮酒。结论大学生饮酒较普遍,男生总饮酒量和过量饮酒率均高于女生;可通过改变态度、母亲和朋友饮酒行为等进行干预。

Objective To investigate college students’ alcohol drinking behaviors and their influencing factors in Sichuan province so as to provide basis for preventing college students’ harmful drinking.Methods A cluster sampling resulted in a sample of 2 382 students from four colleges in Sichuan province. Of these students,alcohol drinking behaviors of 1 148 drinkers(954 males and 194 females with an average age of 19.66 ± 1.14 years old) were investigated. Multivariate linear regression analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors for total amount of alcohol consuming and excessive drinking during the past twelve months. Results Of the students who participated in the study,1 189 students reported alcohol drinking in the past twelve months, the drinking rate was 49.92%.As for the drinkers,the total amount of alcohol consuming was 118.41 standard drinks during the past twelve months;the total amount of alcohol consuming for male and female students were 135.80 drinks and 33.62 drinks,respectively. The excessive drinking rate was 42.14% during the past twelve months;the excessive drinking rates for male and female students were 61.97% and 36.90%, respectively. Multivariate regression analyses showed that sex, the initiation age of alcohol drinking, parents’ monthly income, the alcohol drinking frequency of mother during past twelve months, attitudes towards drinking, and friends drinking were influencing factors for the amount of alcohol consuming and excessive drinking during the past twelve months. Conclusion Alcohol drinking was common among college students. The total amount of alcohol consuming and rate of excessive drinking in males were higher than those in females. Interventions might be implemented through changing attitudes towards drinking,mother and friend’s alcohol drinking behaviors.
