摘要
目的探讨猴头菇和蒲公英对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的辅助保护作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为5组,连续灌胃30 d,禁食24 h后致急性胃粘膜损伤。1 h后处死大鼠,暴露胃并结扎后固定。沿胃大弯剪开,洗净后,观察并记录出血点长宽度并评分。分离胃制病理片,观察并评分和统计分析。结果模型对照组胃粘膜病理组织学检查病变积分较空白对照组显著增高,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)提示造模成功;试验期间,各组动物周体重及其增长值较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高剂量组大鼠胃粘膜损伤积分指数、胃粘膜病理组织学检查病变积分较模型对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论某受试物其有效成分对胃粘膜损伤具有辅助保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of hericium erinaceus and dandelion on acute gastric mucosal injury in rats. Method Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. Acute gastric mucosal injury was induced after 30 days of continuous gavage and 24 hours of fasting.After one hour of fasting,open the abdomen,implement a pylorus ligation,and fix the stomach.After shearing along the greater curvature and washing the internal of stomach,length and width of the bleeding point in stomach were observed and measurand by stereo-microscope and verniercaliper.Different regions of stomach were separated, and been made into pathological section. Scoring system are used to evaluate the gastric mucosal injury and pathological state of the stomach.Results The pathologic score of gastric mucosa in the model control group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group(P<0.01), which suggests that the animal model of acute gastric mucosal injury was successfully established. There was no significant difference of weight in different groups(P>0.05). However, the scores of gastric mucosal injury and gastric mucosal histopathological examination of the high-dose group were significantly lower than those of the model control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hericium erinaceus and dandelion has an auxiliary protective effect on gastric mucosal injury through its effective components.
