摘要
作为疾病预防控制机构人事工作倚重的重要印证材料,传统的纸质人事档案管理模式已不能适应社会发展需要,数字化人事档案管理模式将疾病预防控制机构人事档案的收集管理工作与数字化技术相结合,在整体上实现了对于疾病预防控制机构人事档案的多方面管理,对于提升疾病预防控制机构人事管理水平具有重要作用。
As an important confirmation material for the personnel work of CDC institution, the traditional paper-based personnel file management model can not meet the needs of social development. Digital personnel archives management mode combines the collection and management of personnel archives of CDC institution with digital technology, realizes the multi-aspect management of personnel archives of CDC institution as a whole,and it plays an important role in improving the personnel management level of CDC institution.
