摘要 针对影响直升机舰面出动能力的全流程保障活动进行分析。通过对直升机舰面使用、日常维护和保障站位资源等影响出动能力的保障适配性因素进行分解,对舰面航空保障资源与舰面保障系统的综合保障能力进行评估,发现影响直升机舰面出动能力的问题,为设计优化提供参考依据。根据影响出动能力的主要因素,结合马尔科夫评估模型,给出直升机舰面出动能力评估方法。 In this paper,the whole process support activities affecting the helicopter’s surface launch capability were analyzed. By decomposing the support adaptation factors affecting the helicopter’s surface use,daily maintenance and support station resources,the comprehensive support capability of the surface aviation support resources and the surface support system was evaluated,and the problems affecting the helicopter’s surface launch capability were found. At the same time,according to the main factors affecting the outgoing capability and Markov evaluation model,the evaluation method of the outgoing capability of Shipborne helicopter was given.
