直升机加速腐蚀环境谱研究

Research of Accelerated Corrosion Environmental Spectra of Helicopter

简要介绍了直升机加速腐蚀环境谱构建的基本流程。以某沿海地区的湿热环境谱为依据,为该地区服役的直升机编制湿热试验加速腐蚀环境谱,并引进图像处理技术,对湿热试验加速腐蚀环境谱的试验结果进行评价。确定了直升机服役环境谱与实验室加速环境之间的折算关系,并应用于直升机型号工作中。

This paper briefly introduced the basic process of accelerated corrosion environmental spectra construction of helicopter. Based on the humidity environment spectra of somewhere,the humidity test acceleration spectra was prepared for the helicopters serving in the area. The image processing technology was introduced to evaluate the test results of the acceleration test of the humidity test. This paper determined the conversion relationship between the helicopter service environment spectrum and the laboratory acceleration environment. And it has been successfully applied to the helicopter.
