摘要
学习权是儿童的基本人权,课堂是实现儿童学习权的核心领域,保障和实现高品质的课堂学习权,是每一个教师的教学责任。从学习权保障的视角出发,课堂学习共同体的建构应遵循自由学习、平等学习、共生学习和弹性学习四大原则。其中,自由学习是课堂学习共同体的起点和价值归依,平等学习是自由学习的基石,共生学习是实现自由学习和平等学习的必要条件,弹性学习是链接自由学习、平等学习和共生学习的桥梁。四大原则相辅相成,共同助力课堂变革的持续发生。
Learning right is the basic human right of children,and the classroom is the core field to realize children's right to learn.To protect and realize the high quality learning rights in classroom is the responsibility of every teacher.From the perspective of learning right protection,the construction of classroom learning community should follow four principles:free learning,equal learning,symbiotic learning and flexible learning.Among the principles,free learning is the starting point and value dependence of classroom learning community;equal learning is the cornerstone of free learning;symbiotic learning is the necessary condition to realize free learning and equal learning,and flexible learning is the bridge connecting the first three learning principles.The four principles complement each other and help the classroom transformation continue.
