不同焊丝对6005A铝合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以6005A-T6铝合金作为研究对象,采用ER4043和ER4047焊丝进行MIG焊接,研究不同4xxx系焊丝对6005A-T6铝合金焊接接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,ER4047焊丝焊接接头焊缝区组织较ER4043的细小,熔合区与热影响区组织无明显差别;ER4043与ER4047焊丝的焊接接头抗拉强度与延伸率差别不大,为205MPa和12%左右,接头断裂位置都在热影响区;ER4043与ER4047两种焊丝焊接接头硬度分布均沿焊缝中心对称分布,ER4047的焊缝区硬度要高于ER4043焊缝区的硬度,热影响区硬度差别不大。 In this paper, taking 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy as the research object, MIG welding is carried out with ER4043 and ER4047 welding wire to study the influence of different 4xxx series welding wire on the microstructure and properties of 6005A-T6 aluminum alloy welded joint. The results show that the weld zone of the welded joint of ER4047 welding wire is smaller than that of ER4043, and there is no significant difference between the fusion zone and the heat-affected zone. The tensile strength and elongation of the welded joint of ER4043 and ER4047 are not much different, both are 205MPa and 12 About %, the fracture location of the joint is in the heat-affected zone;the hardness distribution of the welded wire joints of ER4043 and ER4047 are symmetrically distributed along the center of the weld, and the hardness of the weld zone of ER4047 is higher than that of the weld zone of ER4043. And the hardness difference of heat affected zone is not significant.
