摘要
文章介绍了利用X射线荧光光谱法,在没有相应光谱标样的情况下用相近牌号的标准样品建立工作曲线,对新产品HSn88-1的炉前分析元素Cu、Sn进行定量分析的方法。通过理论分析和与化学分析方法的比对,证明该方法准确度和精密度良好,能够满足分析要求。
This paper introduces the method of quantitative analysis of the elements Cu and Sn of the new product hsn88-1 by using X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and using standard samples of similar brands to establish the working curve without corresponding spectral standard samples. By theoretical analysis and comparison with chemical analysis method, it is proved that the method has good accuracy and precision and can meet the requirements of analysis.
