摘要
以6xxx系铝型材经阳极氧化后,型材表面出现的粗晶缺陷为研究对象,对粗晶本质、形成机理进行了研究,确定了阳极氧化过程中,前处理碱蚀时间、氧化膜厚度以及前处理槽液中锌离子浓度对粗晶缺陷的影响;提出了生产过程中的预防和控制措施。
In this paper, the coarse crystal defects on the surface of 6xxx aluminium profiles after anodic oxidation are taken as the research object to study the essence and formation mechanism of coarse crystal. The influence of alkali corrosion time, oxide film thickness and zinc ion concentration in the pretreatment bath on coarse grain defects in the anodizing process is determined. The preventive and control measures in the production process are put forward.
