地方高校人才“工匠精神”的培育路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of the Spirit of Craftsmanship of Talents in Local Colleges and Universities

在供给侧改革的背景下,经济的高速发展要求地方高校提升人才培养质量。在培养高质量复合型人才的同时,地方高校应对“工匠精神”有更加清晰的认知。因此,围绕地方高校人才“工匠精神”的培育路径展开研究,分析“工匠精神”的内涵及对地方高校人才培养的重要作用,以及地方高校人才培育存在的问题,最后提出了可行性的培育路径,以期将“工匠精神”融入地方高校人才培育战略中,提升人才培养质量。

Under the background of supply-side reform,the rapid economic development requires local colleges and universities to improve the quality of personnel training.While cultivating high-quality compound talents,local colleges and universities should have a clearer understanding of the spirit of craftsmanship.Therefore,this paper focuses on the cultivation path of the spirit of craftsmanship in local colleges and universities,and analyzes the connotation of the spirit of craftsmanship and its important role in cultivation of talents in local colleges and universities,as well as the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in local colleges and universities.Finally,the paper puts forward the feasible path in order to integrate the spirit of craftsmanship into the cultivation strategy of talents in local colleges and universities and improve the quality of personnel training.
