基于目标管理的职业院校现代学徒制人才培养机制研究

摘要 现代学徒制是技术技能型人才培养的重要模式,其参与主体包括职业院校、企业、教育主管部门以及行业组织,其中职业院校和企业发挥主导作用。现代学徒制以培养“掌握精湛技术的、具备技术研发和技术创新能力的技术技能人才”为总体目标。为了达成总目标,就必须对目标进行有效分解,具体可分解为课程体系建设目标、师资队伍建设目标、教学管理制度建设目标。围绕分目标,校企双方共同构建现代学徒制人才培养机制,具体包括创建工作任务分配与考核流程、保障系统相结合的网络化工作管理应用系统,以及制定现代学徒制培养方案论证和实施方法。 Modern apprenticeship is an important mode of training technical and skilled talents.The main participants include vocational colleges,enterprises,educational authorities and industry organizations,in which vocational colleges and enterprises play a leading role.Modern apprenticeship aims at cultivating skilled talents who master exquisite technology and have the ability of technological research and innovation.In order to achieve the overall goal,it is necessary to effectively decompose the goal,which can be divided into the goal of curriculum system construction,the goal of teaching staff construction and the goal of teaching management system construction.Focusing on the sub-objectives,both colleges and enterprises should jointly construct a training mechanism of modern apprenticeship talents,including the establishment of a network management application system combining job assignment and assessment process,the guarantee system,and the formulation of modern apprenticeship training program demonstration and implementation methods.
