跨文化视域下东北菜菜名命名特点及英译方法探究

摘要 近年来东北菜得到常驻东北以及来东北旅游观光的外国人士的认可与喜爱,然而东北菜菜名的英译却一直没有统一的规范化译法,致使错译、乱译现象屡见不鲜。在总结东北菜菜名命名特点的基础上,对跨文化视域下东北菜菜名的英译方法进行一定的梳理,以期促进东北菜菜名英译的规范化以及东北菜的有效对外传播。 In recent years,northeastern Chinese cuisine has won recognition and popularity among permanent foreign residents and foreign tourists in northeast China.However,there have been no unified and standardized methods for the English translation of northeastern cuisine names,resulting in the frequent occurrence of mistranslation and disordered translation.On the basis of summing up the naming characteristics of northeastern Chinese cuisine,this paper sorts out the translation methods of the names of northeastern cuisine from the perspective of cross-culture,in order to promote the standardization of the translation of northeastern Chinese cuisine and the effective dissemination of northeastern Chinese cuisine.
