摘要
对阀盖零件不规则的结构进行研究与分析,结合现有设备,编制了阀盖大端面及外螺纹车削加工工序的工艺方案,针对该设计方案,我们仔细分析了本工序的加工工艺,加工工件的定位方式、夹具结构及相关夹紧设备、夹紧方式,从而设计了偏心式车削夹具。根据设计完成后的加工表明,该方案切实有效,我们设计的夹具在使用过程中,操作过程便捷,精度控制稳定,能够显著提高效率及质量,最后投入生产后使用效果良好。
Through the study and analysis of the irregular structure of the bonnet parts and the combination of the existing equipment, the process plan for the cutting process of the large end surface and the outer thread of the bonnet is compiled. According to the plan and the processing requirements of this process, the structure of the positioning device, clamping device and clamping device are analyzed. A set of eccentric turning fixture is designed and made.The practice shows that the machining scheme is effective;The fixture designed is convenient, the precision is stable,the efficiency and quality are improved, and effect is good.
