摘要
为了验证某新型铁路大型养路机械转向架构架结构设计的合理性,我们运用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS结合有限元理论对其进行计算和分析。分析过程和结果的评价遵循铁道行业标准TB/T 2368-2005《动力转向架构架强度试验方法》[1]。本文主要通过三个方面的计算分析来验证其结构设计的合理性:转向架构架静强度计算分析;转向架构架自由模态计算分析;转向架构架的疲劳强度计算分析。
In order to verify the rationality of the structure design of a new type of large railway maintenance machinery bogie frame we use the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS and finite element theory to calculate and analyze it. The evaluation of the analysis process and results follows the Railway Industry Standard TB/T2368-2005 " Motive power unit-Bogies and running gear-Bogie frame structure strength tests ". In this paper, the rationality of the structure design is verified by three aspects of calculation and analysis : Static Strength Calculation and Analysis of Bogie Frame;Free modal calculation and analysis of bogie frame;Fatigue strength calculation and analysis of bogie frame.
