应用型人才培养背景下新建地方本科高校师资队伍建设的思考

Thinking of the Construction of Teaching Staff in Newly-established Local Universities under the Background of Application-oriented Talents Cultivating

新建地方本科高校肩负着培养适应地方经济发展的应用型人才的重要使命,而建设一支满足高校教学实际需求的师资队伍是完成这一使命的重要保障。本文结合作者所在学校已做的尝试,针对新建地方本科高校在师资队伍建设方面存在的问题,从教师自身、学校管理和政府机构三个层面提出了不同的改进措施。

Newly-established local universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating application-oriented talents that adapted to the local economic development, and building a teaching staff to meet the actual needs of universities is an important guarantee to accomplish this mission. In this paper, the improvement measures of teachers themselves, school management and government agencies were proposed for solve the problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff in the newly-established local universities according to the attempts made by the author’s university.
