小学班主任量化考核评分标准的内容研究

摘要 本研究采用文献法,对全国136所小学班主任量化考核评分标准的具体内容进行研究。结果发现:综合这136所小学的班主任量化考核评分标准,对比各个考核指标的出现频次,频次排名前五位的指标依次是:班级卫生状况、班队活动情况、黑板报或学习园地情况、班级公物保管、课间操的秩序。通过对这136所小学的班主任量化考核评分标准的各个具体指标重新归类后,对比不同类别指标在考核中所占权重的大小,权重排名前五位的分类指标依次是:班队及班会活动等、卫生情况、班级纪律、德育及日常行为规范教育、资料的填写、保管及上交等。 After a comprehensive analysis of the all 136 primary school head teacher’s quantitative scoring criteria,comparing the occurrence frequency of each evaluation index, we find that the frequency of the top five indicators in turn is the class health status, class activities, blackboard newspaper or the situation of learning garden, class property custody, the order of setting-up ? exercise. Through reclassifying the each concrete index of head teachers ’ quantitative scoring criteria from the all 136 primary schools, comparing the weight of different types of indicators in the assessment, we find that the weight of the top five classification index in turn is class and class activities, sanitary conditions, class discipline, moral education and daily behavior standard education, the completion of the task to fill in,keep and submit information.
