表现性评价与混合学习融合式师范生教学能力实训模式探索——以丽水学院师范生教学能力实训类课程为例 被引量:3

摘要 师范生教学能力培养依然需要校内专门课程实训。"认知定向-优质示范-持续练习与精准即时反馈-动机维持"是师范生教学能力提升的基本点。利用课堂教学中表现性评价的现场任务驱动与规训化以及学生线上自主学习的泛在化特征,可以形成"课前线上自主学习;课堂教学三示范、即练习、三点评、再练习;课后合作学、小组练、呈视频"基本模式。这个模式具有较强的学理依据,实践中也取得了很好的效果。 The cultivation of Normal school students teaching competency needs school class curriculum to train.It is believed that cognition direction,normal models,consistence practice and precise feedback,and motivation maintain is the key points to promote the pre-teachers teaching competency.A blended learning model,which consists of 3 demonstration and practice in time,3 evaluation and re-practice in the class;cooperation learning and grouping practice after class,and at last assuming video works can be set up by using characters of task-driven and discipline based on the performance assessment and on-line learning.The blending learning model is logical in theory and effective in practice.
