摘要
针对原有面向气相检测仪检测精度较低的问题,设计面向大气污染监测的便携式气相检测仪。通过将设备模块化进行硬件设计,通过制定技术指标,选用电化学式传感器进行气体采集,并由显示屏与键盘完成人机信息互换,将供电电压设定为恒定数值保证传感器气体采集精度;通过制定ID号实现对设备的控制,采用数据编程完成设备与终端的通讯连接,最后通过浓度计算实现对气相的检测,由此完成软件设计。通过上述软件与硬件设计,完成面向大气污染监测的便携式气相检测仪设计。
Aiming at the problem of low detection accuracy of the original gas phase detector,a portable gas phase detector for air pollution monitoring was designed.By modularizing the hardware design of the device,selecting the electrochemical sensor to collect gas,and completing the information exchange between the display screen and the keyboard,the power supply voltage is set to a constant value to ensure the gas collection accuracy of the sensor.By establishing the ID number,the equipment is controlled and the data are used.Programming completes the communication connection between the equipment and the terminal.Finally,the gas phase is detected by the concentration calculation,thus completing the software design.Through the above software and hardware design,the portable gas phase detector for air pollution monitoring is designed.A comparative test was constructed and compared with the original testing equipment.
