摘要
采用现场监测和实验室分析相结合的方法,于2016年7月、10月对黑龙江省西部盐碱型湖泊大庆水库、喇嘛寺泡分别设置3个采样点进行2次采样,探究湖泊浮游植物功能群的季节分布特点及其主要环境影响因子。结果表明:大庆水库共鉴定浮游植物29种,喇嘛寺泡31种,可划分为11个功能群,其中X1/J/W1/A是此区域的主要代表性功能群,MP/F/B/N/P等也较为常见。典范对应分析(CCA)结果显示水温、氮磷含量是影响浮游植物功能群演替的主要环境因子。
Lakes in Nenjiang basin are mostly shallow water with high salinity.In recent years,the ecological environment of many lakes has changed.In order to explore the seasonal distribution characteristics of phytoplankton functional groups and its main environmental factors,water samples were collected in three samplings from Daqing reservoir and Lamasi pool on July and October,2016,respectively.The result showed that a total of 29 species of phytoplankton were identified in Daqing reservoir and 31 species in Lamasi pool,respectively.They were sorted into 11 functional groups,in which X1/J/W1/P were the dominant functional groups in two lakes and MP/F/B/N/P were also detected frequently.In Daqing reservoir,succession functional group is mainly reflected in the changes from CR/R strategy in summer to CR/C strategy in autumn.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)method was used to analyze the impact of environmental factors on seasonal succession of functional groups,and suggested that water temperature,nitrogen and phosphorus content were the main environmental factors influencing phytoplankton succession of functional groups in two lakes.Variation of nutrients content is the main environmental factor leading to the difference of phytoplankton functional group between two lakes.
