基于生态功能治理的水体流域污染预防保护对策研究

Countermeasure of Pollution Prevention and Protection in Watershed Based on Ecological Function Control

传统的水体流域污染预防保护对策的预防保护效果不佳,为了解决这个问题,提出基于生态功能治理的水体流域污染预防保护对策分析。在生态功能预防保护模式下,评价水体流域污染等级,再根据赋权原理建立水体流域污染减排指标,确定各评价指标监测值,并利用高程模型,建立水体流域基础数据库。在此基础上,利用地理信息系统模拟水体流域污染预防保护对策的效果,完成基于生态功能治理的水体流域污染预防保护对策的设计。

The traditional water basin pollution prevention and protection countermeasures based on ecological function management were put forward.Under the mode of ecological function prevention and protection,the pollution grade of water body basin is evaluated,the pollution reduction index of water body basin is established according to the principle of empowerment,the monitoring value of each evaluation index is determined,and the basic database of water body basin is established by using elevation model.On this basis,the pollution prevention of water body basin is simulated by using geographic information system.Consequently,the design of water basin pollution prevention and protection countermeasures based on ecological function prevention and protection is completed.
