惠州龙颈水电站建设对水生生态环境的影响研究

摘要 惠阳区龙颈水电站工程于2006年2月建成运行。需对运营期的环境影响进行全面、详细的分析,并提出有效的污染防治措施及生态保护对策。文中针对运营期的生态环境影响因素,依据生态环境影响评价技术导则,结合ISO 14001环境管理体系,编制了该工程的水生生态环境影响评价,结果表明工程建设具有较大的经济效益、社会效益,且工程本身在运行期产生污染较少,通过采取相应的环境保护措施,生态环境影响均可得到一定程度的缓解与恢复。 The long neck hydropower station project was built in February 2006,but it has not yet been completed so far.According to the construction project environmental impact factors,according to the guidelines for ecological environment impact assessment,combined with the ISO 14001 environmental management system,the ecological environment impact assessment of the project is compiled.The results show that the construction of the project has great economic benefits and social benefits,and the pollution of the project itself is less during the operation period.By taking the corresponding environmental protection measures,the impact of the ecological environment can be alleviated and restored to a certain extent.
