城市雾霾污染经济损失风险智能评估模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对原有城市雾霾污染经济损失风险评估模型评估结果准确度较差的问题,构建城市雾霾污染经济损失风险智能评估模型。基于城市雾霾污染灾害链分析结果,构建雾霾污染经济损失智能评估构架。采用静态OI算法进行城市雾霾污染经济损失计算。基于经济损失计算结果与模型框架,完成智能评估模型指标权重划分设定。采用模糊评价方法与集对分析法相结合的形式,完成对城市雾霾污染经济损失风险的评估。至此,城市雾霾污染经济损失风险智能评估模型构建结束。设计对比实验,通过对比评估范围与边界体现模型评估准确度。与原有评估模型相比,此模型评估范围与边界更为完整。由此可见,此模型更有效。 Aiming at the poor accuracy of the evaluation results of the original economic loss risk evaluation model of urban haze pollution,the intelligent evaluation model of economic loss risk of urban haze pollution is constructed.Based on the analysis results of urban haze pollution disaster chain,an intelligent evaluation framework for economic losses of haze pollution is constructed.Static OI algorithm is used to calculate the economic loss of urban haze pollution.Based on the economic loss calculation results and the model framework,the intelligent evaluation model index weight division is completed.Fuzzy evaluation method and set pair analysis method are used to evaluate the economic loss risk of urban haze pollution.Thus,the intelligent evaluation model of economic loss risk of urban haze pollution is completed.A comparison experiment was designed to demonstrate the accuracy of the model evaluation by comparing the evaluation range and boundary.Compared with the original evaluation model,the evaluation scope and boundary of this model are more complete.Thus,this model is more efficient.
