精准扶教:合理满足贫困山区对学前教育质量的需求 被引量:13

摘要 精确瞄准贫困山区幼儿家长对学前教育质量的合理需求是实现“精准扶教”的第一步。解决劳作的后顾之忧及照顾幼儿的在园生活是贫困山区幼儿家长对学前教育质量的首要需求,宽敞整洁的环境与称职稳定的教师是贫困山区幼儿家长对学前教育质量的基本需求,读写算基础知识和弹唱跳艺术技能是贫困山区幼儿家长对学前教育质量的核心需求,山区自然资源和游戏资源滋养幼儿的童年生活是贫困山区幼儿家长对学前教育质量的发展需求。这些需求具有模糊性、表面性和多元性的特点,可采取拓宽和创新山区学前教育供给方式、规范办园设施和补充教师编制、践行生活化游戏化理念、开发利用山区的自然和人文资源等措施对其进行科学引导与合理满足。 Accurately targeting parents’reasonable demands for preschool education quality in poverty-stricken mountainous areas is the first step to achieve“targeted education support”.The primary demand of the parents for preschool education quality in poverty-stricken mountainous areas is to care for their children’s life in kindergarten and to solve their worries in work.The basic demand is the spacious and clean environment and competent teachers.The core demand is the basic knowledge of reading,writing,arithmetic and the skills of singing and dancing.The development demand is to nourish children’s life with natural and game resources in mountainous areas.These demands are characterized by ambiguity,superficiality and diversity.Broadening and innovating the supply mode of preschool education in mountainous areas,standardizing facilities of kindergarten and supplementing teachers’positions,practicing the life-based and game-based concepts and utilizing mountainous natural and human resources are the ways to reasonably meet the demands of parents for preschool education quality in poverty-stricken mountainous areas.
