肠道准备与肠道微生态关系的研究进展

Research progress on the relationship between bowel cleansing and intestinal microbiota

充分的肠道准备是结肠镜检查重要的术前准备过程。随着对肠道微生态与肠道疾病关系认识的不断深入,肠道准备对肠道微生态的影响也已成为健康人群和肠道疾病患者接受结肠镜检查的重要影响因素。肠道灌洗液可直接冲洗肠道微生物群,致使短期内肠道微生态结构变化显著。不同种类的肠道灌洗液及不同肠道准备方案对肠道微生态的长期影响仍有争论。益生菌的应用对肠道清理后肠道微生态的恢复具有潜在作用。因此,本文聚焦肠道准备对肠道微生态的短期和长期影响,并对肠道清理后肠道微生态恢复的机制进行初步讨论。明确以上问题、继续深入研究有助于肠道准备策略的优化。

Adequate bowel cleansing is an important preoperative preparation for colonoscopy. With the deepening understanding of the association between intestinal microbiota and intestinal diseases. The influence of bowel cleansing on intestinal microbiota has also become an important factor for healthy people and patients with intestinal diseases to receive colonoscopy. Intestinal lavage fluids can directly wash intestinal microbiota, resulting a significant changes in intestinal microbiota structure in a short time. However, the long-term effects of different intestinal lavage fluids and different bowel cleansing schemes on intestinal microbiota remain unclear. In addition, the application of probiotics might play a potential role in the recovery of intestinal microbiota after bowel cleansing. Therefore, this paper focuses on the short-term and long-term effects of bowel cleansing on intestinal microbiota and discusses mechanism of microbiota recovery after receiving bowel cleansing. Demonstration of this issues and continuing in-depth research will help optimize cleansing solutions strategies.
